These workshops focus on enhancing essential real estate skills and keeping members informed on industry changes. Topics range from contract negotiations and client relations to technology training and market trend analysis. These sessions, often led by experienced professionals and guest speakers, help REALTORS® stay sharp and provide exceptional service to clients.

Our mentorship program pairs newer agents with experienced REALTORS® to provide guidance, insights, and hands-on experience. This one-on-one mentorship helps newer members navigate challenges, build confidence, and develop essential skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals who know the ins and outs of the industry.

We offer programs that encourage members to get involved in the community, such as volunteer opportunities, charity events, and public service campaigns. These initiatives not only help members make a positive impact locally but also reinforce the association’s commitment to community service and establish REALTORS® as trusted local resources.
